• “You,” “your,” and “user” refer to customers placing orders on our platform

Cancellation Before Dispatch  

Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:  

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first   
   
• To request a cancellation, contact our support team via email   
   
• Once approved, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  

Orders Already Shipped  

• Cancellation requests cannot be processed after an order has been dispatched   
   
• After delivery, items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy  

Modifying Orders  

• Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed once an order is placed

  • Cancel the existing order, provided it qualifies for cancellation   
     
  • Place a new order with the updated or correct details
